Curry leaves and coriander leaves (cilantro)
Moong Dal – 1 teaspoon (optional – This adds some protein and thickness if you mash it)
Cinnamon and Sauf (Optional)
Heat oil and stir fry cumin seeds, sauf, pepper corns, curry leaves, cilantro, cinnamon, garlic, ginger and onions one by one.
Add carrots, celery and required amount of water and pressure cook the soup.
